gnomeExtensions.hover-swipe-select 1 single
In the Activities Overview, hover a window thumbnail with the touchpad and do a 3-finger swipe down to select and focus that window — like macOS Mission Control — instead of clicking it. When the swipe does not start over a window, GNOME's normal overview gestures are left untouched.
